| November 12, 2007. A female was riding a horse at her home when she was bucked off. Meade County EMS & Meade County Fire Dept. responded, treating the female until LifeNet landed, to further transport the female to University of Louisville. |

| March 13, 2008 At approximately 8am, a female driving on Flaherty Road, lost control of her vehicle and flipped approximately 3 times off the side of the road. Another vehicle was struck in the accident. Meade County EMS, Flaherty Fire Dept and Meade County Sheriff's Dept responded to the scene. Injuries are not believed to be life threatening. |
